No dropped elbow, early catch, hold glide position and let the rear hand catch up.

10.29 1.26 with 5 minute cooldown
note that 3:45 only requires 8:30s. 8:10s will actually yield 3:35.
moderate pace is already at 8:25s so just work on consistent pacing at 8:30 on the TM
